1. Registration Fees and Subscriptions

2. Cancellation of Services

  • By the User: If you wish to cancel your membership or participation in a paid service, you may do so by contacting us via email or phone before the renewal date or service commencement.     • If a user experiences an issue that prevents them from accessing a paid service or content for which they’ve already paid, we may issue a full or partial refund after reviewing the issue.
    • If the service was not provided as promised or in accordance with the description, a refund request may be considered.

    • Proof of payment (receipt or transaction ID).
    • A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
